			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Welcome to my blog about Yoga &#8211; Bloga! I’m so excited to be able to share some of my yoga experiences with you! </p>
<p>I love to practice &#038; teach yoga and have for many years. I look back today recognizing that I was raised in a unique environment…. one with insights and early trainings that I’m very thankful for. I discovered the world of yoga at the age of eleven and began teaching in my teens. My parent’s dedication, commitment and guidance have evolved my yoga discovery into a dedicated practice. Today 20 years later I would like to take the opportunity to thank my parents for raising me with yogic values.</p>
<p>Another person who has always stood by my side for last 13 years is my husband; I thank him for his continued support and encouragement.  Yoga with Pooja also got the web interface because of his vision and endless hours in front of the computer. </p>
<p>I hope to pass yoga values and teachings along to my kids and inspire many more to lead this yogic life. </p>
<p>Please come back! I will have lots to talk about on here and I hope that we can start some good conversations on here as well!</p>

Yoga has offered her a wonderful new perspective on life and a great deal of strength. She has also completed the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program from Duke Integrative Medicine.  She teaches a variety of classes, including Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Kids Yoga, Yoga for seniors, restorative and power flow yoga. Yoga has impacted her life physically, spiritually, and emotionally and she is honored to be able to guide others in their yoga practice. She has served on the board of Cincinnati Yoga Teachers Association and has been featured on the radio talk show &#8220;YOGA: The other 98%&#8221;. </p>
