Players will be paired off and play multiple rounds of chess. We will end this camp with an exciting tournament and trophies will be awarded!</p>

		<description><![CDATA[This six-week beginner course is designed for participants with little or no yoga experience. Students are introduced to Ashtanga yoga in a slow, safe and comprehensive manner.]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>At the end of this course, students will be equipped with the knowledge of the history of the Ashtanga Yoga method, physical foundation of the sun-salutations, standing postures and breath work required to advance in the Ashtanga practice. We will explore the core poses (asanas) of the primary Series, weaving the 4 key elements of the Ashtanga system (Breath, Bandhas, Dristhi &#038; Vinyasa) together to develop a great beginners practice.<br />

<p>I love to practice &#038; teach yoga and have for many years. I look back today recognizing that I was raised in a unique environment…. one with insights and early trainings that I’m very thankful for. I discovered the world of yoga at the age of eleven and began teaching in my teens. My parent’s dedication, commitment and guidance have evolved my yoga discovery into a dedicated practice. Today 20 years later I would like to take the opportunity to thank my parents for raising me with yogic values.</p>
<p>Another person who has always stood by my side for last 13 years is my husband; I thank him for his continued support and encouragement.  Yoga with Pooja also got the web interface because of his vision and endless hours in front of the computer. </p>
<p>I hope to pass yoga values and teachings along to my kids and inspire many more to lead this yogic life. </p>
<p>Please come back! I will have lots to talk about on here and I hope that we can start some good conversations on here as well!</p>
